The Directors meet on a regular basis and discuss current projections for profitability, business planning, regulatory capital management and risk management.  The Company is managed through a framework of policies and procedures, having regard to relevant laws, standards, principles and rules (including FCA principles and rules).  A formal risk management policy and register have been adopted by the Directors.  These policies and procedures are kept under review and updated as required.

Client categorisation: Under the EU's Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID), all clients must be categorised as an eligible counterparty, professional client or retail client.
